Acclimation

Before constructing a new Reston deck, the boards must be allowed to acclimate for 2-5 weeks in an environment comparable to where your deck will be built. A finished deck will be open to the elements, and the acclimation process will prepare the lumber to deal with those conditions. You wouldn't construct your deck in a shed or smother the finished thing with a tarp, so don't do that to the boards. Instead, pile your boards outdoors with spacers in between every level, allowing for plenty of air flow over each and every deck board. Done properly, acclimation will prevent your deck boards from warping or buckling after installation.
